Getting started
Admissions
From your first call to your arrival, every step is private and unhurried. Here's exactly what happens, so nothing comes as a surprise.

How it works
Admissions in four steps
Step 1: Call or send a form
Call (888) 298-2814 any time, or send a short form. A coordinator listens, answers questions and explains your options. There's no obligation.
Step 2: Assessment
A private conversation about your health, substance use and situation at home, so our clinical team can recommend the right level of care.
Step 3: Insurance verification
We check your benefits with your insurer for free and explain what's covered and any expected costs, before you commit to anything.
Step 4: Admission, if it's the right fit
If our program fits your needs, we confirm your arrival, send a welcome packet with a packing list, and help with logistics so the first day feels steady.
Your first day
What to expect on day one
Arrival and a warm welcome
A staff member meets you, shows you around and helps you settle into your room. Bring what you can; we'll help with the rest.
Medical and nursing check
Nurses check your vital signs and talk through your health history, current medications and how you're feeling, so your care starts safely.
Paperwork, kept simple
Consent forms and privacy notices are explained in plain language. Take your time and ask anything.
Meeting your care team
You'll meet the people who will be part of your care and start shaping a plan around your goals.
Rest
The first day is often about rest. You don't need to have anything figured out.

Questions
Questions about admissions
It depends on your assessment, your insurance check and bed availability. Because our homes are small, things can sometimes move quickly, so call (888) 298-2814 and we'll tell you what's possible right now.
Yes. Many calls come from parents, partners and friends. We can explain options and next steps, though the person entering treatment will need to agree to admission.
Call anyway. Talking with admissions doesn't commit you to anything, and many people start with questions. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.
Yes, with your permission. Family therapy and education are part of our programs. Visiting guidelines are shared during admission.
Ready when you are
Whenever you're ready, late at night or right now, someone on our admissions team will pick up. The call is free, and there's no obligation.
